1) Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ad Bull (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our other policies referenced here.

Heads-up: You are responsible for your listings, messages, and transactions. We provide a platform; we do not own, review, or guarantee user-generated content or third-party goods/services unless explicitly stated. We will delete any content agains our rules or legal rights.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that your use complies with applicable laws where you live and where you post or transact.

3) Accounts

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected abuse, or risk to others.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time without any warnings.

4) Listings & Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post (text, images, links, markers, triggers, categories, etc.). You agree that your content will be accurate, not misleading, and comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

  • No spam, scams, or deceptive practices.
  • No infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • No dangerous, harmful, or exploitative material.
  • Use appropriate categories and locations; avoid keyword stuffing.

We may edit, hide, or remove content that violates policies or is reported via our Report-tool.

5) Prohibited Items & Conduct

The following is not allowed (non-exhaustive; local law prevails):

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or accessories where restricted.
  • Illegal drugs, prescription medicines, or drug paraphernalia.
  • Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or items violating IP rights.
  • Adult services and sexual content involving minors, or exploitation.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
  • Personal data trading, spyware, hacking tools, or malware.
  • Endangered wildlife products or environmental contraband.

6) Payments & Fees

Where paid features or fees apply, they will be disclosed before purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once delivered. Chargebacks or dispute abuse may result in suspension.

7) Safety & Transactions

  • Meet in safe, public places and verify items before paying.
  • Ad Bull is not a party to transactions between users unless stated.
  • We do not provide warranties for items listed by users.

8) Intellectual Property

You retain rights in your content. By posting, you grant Ad Bull a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., resizing/formatting), display, and distribute your content for operating and improving the Service.

Trademarks, logos, and branding displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Do not use them without permission.

9) Notice & Takedown

If you believe content infringes your rights, notify us with sufficient detail (links, proof of ownership, your contact info). We may remove or restrict content and, where appropriate, notify the uploader.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Bull and its owners, affiliates, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ad Bull from any claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or pose risk to others. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain obligations survive (e.g., licenses granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Bangalore), without regard to conflict of laws. Exclusive venue lies in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
